All sales are final, that means no refunds or exchanges. The reason for this policy is that I run a small family business and I simply cannot afford returns or refunds. I sell only brand new merchandise, which means that if I accepted returns I would not be able to sell the merchandise again.

Machine wash in cold water and gentle cycle. Hang dry. Do not bleach, do not dry clean.
